Article 24[Compensation of Damages]
In the event that “B” violates the obligation of confidentiality or intentionally causes damage, all damages incurred as such, except man-made calamity and industrial disaster, shall be borne by “B” within the scope of the contract amount despite any regulations in law and in the contract.
Article 25[Termination or Cancellation of the Contract]
1. “A” shall terminate or cancel the contract after stipulating a fixed period in case of each of the following.
(1) In the event that “B” does not start on the execution of the Service after passing the stipulated date for starting the execution of the Service without fair cause,
(2) In the event that the offering of the Service is not completed within the contract period stipulated in the contract, or it is clearly admitted that there is no possibility that the offering of the Service can be completed owing to the fault of “B”,

3.(a)或者"B"可以结束或者取消这份合同， 每如下内容不在30(30)天内纠正在规定并且通知时期给其它聚会时什么时候。 (1)如果去那些服务的(a)延迟支付或者违犯那些支付状况， (2)如果这种产品的"B"延迟交付， (3)由于信贷的恶化，(a)或者"B"变得被放在暂时的扣押或者暂时的性格下， (4)(a)或者"B"违犯这份合同，
4.如果合同被结束或者取消， "B"将归还全部资料和由(a)提供的数据的原稿和副本； 不过，双方将在这样的情况里确定一种已经获得的结果。
